|
Greg O’Neill is an experienced Education Consultant who has been based in Thailand since 1998. His work based in Thailand has focused on facilitating off-shore and joint-venture opportunities between Australian universities and universities in the S.E. Asia region, promoting Australian university courses to prospective students in the region and assisting scholarship recipients in choosing the right study destination. This work has been carried out in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. He has also worked with Thai Government officials in conducting training needs analysis and devising short-course study programs for Government staff in the Budget Bureau.
He has extensive experience in education administration, project management, curriculum development, competency based training, program assessment and evaluation. He has specific expertise in the development of vocational training programs, environmental program development and labour market training programs.
His most recent project has been the development of Market Management Plans for Australian universities pursuing project and international student recruitment opportunities in Vietnam and Indonesia.
Mr. O’Neill holds a Master Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science) in addition to qualifications and experience in TESOL. His company, Insight Education Consulting (based in Bangkok) offers a range of services including; Education Project Development and Supervision, Academic counselling and referral, diagnostic English-language testing, translation, thesis editing service, assistance with academic research and exchange.

Montakan O’Neill (BSc, Dip.App. Sc.) has been providing academic guidance and counseling to students since she established Insight in 1991. Montakan speaks English, Thai and Mandarin. Having studied at high school, college and university in Australia since she was twelve years old, Montakan has a thorough understanding of the needs of international students undertaking study abroad. When she is not busy providing inspired leadership within Insight, Montakan is an avid photographer, fashionista and loving mother.
